Alexia McIntosh is a Jamaican-English actor, singer, and dancer. She played Anna of Cleves in the 2019 West End Production of Six the Musical, from 17 January to 13 October 2019. She played the same role in the 2019-21 West End Production from 15 October to 14 November 2021, where her role was taken over by Dionne Ward-Anderson. She later temporarily played the same role at select performances in the 2025-26 UK & International Tour, beginning on 20 May 2025. She left the show on 26 July 2025.
Alexia originally played the same role in the 2018 UK Tour, from 11 July to 30 December 2018. She additionally reprised her role for the 2022 West End Reunion for the proshot of the original West End cast from 19 June to 1 July 2022.

- Due to injury, Alexia temporarily left the 2019-21 West End Production from 10 December 2019 to 21 January 2020, and from 27 May to 13 July 2021.
- Due to injury, Alexia debuted in the 2025-26 UK & International Tour on 10 June 2025, and she only performed a total of 5 shows.
- Alexia was in the same production of Sister Act as Sophie-Rose Middleton.
- Alexia's favourite onstage mishap is from the day after the cast of Six performed at the Olivier Awards, when Jarnéia Richard-Noel said, "And tonight Royal Al-ondon" during the beginning of a show at the Arts Theatre.
- Alexia is fluent in Jamaican Patois.
- Alexia was featured on the thirty-first episode of the Films I love most: The sequel podcast.
- Her as well as the other original 2018/West end cast members and Grace Mouat formed the girl group SVN.
