The production broke box office records and its run at the theatre was eventually extended and a Broadway booking set for February 2020. The production additionally held engagements at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the Citadel Theatre in Edmonton, Alberta, and the Ordway Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, before closing on 22 December 2019.
