Covers (also referred to as Swings and Alternates or SwAlts for short) refers to the offstage performers in Six the Musical that perform when the principal actors are unavailable. There are several different types of covers, and it is important to note that the terms change based on the production and the region it is located it. It is also important to note that the terms used in Six are different than traditional theatre definitions.
The Covers are often recognized through their use of the alternate costumes.
