"Megasix", also called "The Megasix", is the twelfth song in Six the Musical and the sixteenth track on the Broadway cast recording. The song is a mashup of each queen's solo, and is performed as an encore which fans are allowed to record.

Trivia[]
- Before July of 2019, Jane sang over Anne rather than stopping when she interrupted her. The new version was first introduced in the Pre Broadway Tour.
- The lyrics may vary depending on the performance, as performers may forget or alter lines, or there may be regional differences.
- The Megasix is not allowed to be filmed on Broadway or any current or upcoming North American Tour productions due to union rules, so Catherine of Aragon and Anna of Cleves' beginning lines are changed to "Stay/get on your feet, (city name)" and "I wanna see everybody clap your hands" respectively.
- It was also not allowed to be filmed in the Cambridge and St. Paul engagements of the Pre Broadway Tour, and Anna of Cleves' beginning line was changed to "Tell your friends that they're gonna wanna see this".
- Exceptions to this were the Chicago and Edmonton runs of the Pre Broadway Tour and the Toronto run of the Canadian Production.
- Prior to its release on the Broadway cast recording, the song was only featured in the live version of the show.
