Phoenix Jackson Mendoza is a Filipino-Guyanese-Brazilian-Australian actor, singer, and dancer. She played Catherine of Aragon in the 2021-23 Australian Tour of Six the Musical, beginning on 19 December 2021. She left the show on 19 February 2023.
