Toby Marlow is an English writer, composer, and performer. He composed and co-wrote Six the Musical with Lucy Moss.

Toby openly identifies as gay.

  • Toby is the older brother of Annabel Marlow, who played Katherine Howard at the Edinburgh Fringe 2017 performance of Six.
  • Toby's favourite line from Six is Anna of Cleves' "Divorced".[1]
    • Toby's favourite cut line is "We just end up as backing vocals on Henry's greatest hits".
  • Toby covered the role of Catherine Parr on the West End on 28 July 2019 due to cast injury and illness.
    • This made Toby the first male-identifying actor to perform in Six.
  • Toby provided some backing vocals in the Worldwide Six video.
    • Toby also provided backing vocals on the Studio Cast Recording during Get Down.
  • Toby shares a birthday with Edward VI.
  • Toby also co-wrote the musical Hot Gay Time Machine with Lucy Moss and Zak Ghazi-Torbati. Zak and Toby also starred in the show together.[2]
