Note: Collette Guitart and Shekinah McFarlane joined the 2019 production earlier than intended; neither's alternate costumes were finished at the time of their debuts, although Shekinah's Cleves costume was ready for use. It is unknown whether the performances they took part in before their costumes were finished count as emergency covers, but are listed here for the sake of completeness.

- On 1 August 2021, Six had its first show ever in which none of the principal actresses performed; instead, all six roles were filled by alternates and swings.[38]
- On the 29th September 2024, the second ever full alternate show happened with Gabriella Stylianou as Catherine of Aragon, Meg Dixon-Brasil as Anne Boleyn, Danielle Rose as Jane Seymour, Naomi Alade as Anna of Cleves, Hannah Lowther as Katherine Howard and Hana Stewart as Catherine Parr.[39]
- Throughout Six's five-year history in the West End, only five performances have been cancelled for reasons unrelated to COVID-19; the 14 July 2019 evening performance, the 28 October 2023 evening performance, the 29 June 2024 matinee performance, and both performances on 30 June 2024. [40]
- From 2021-2022, the West End's company manager Helen Spall has been holding weekly competitions for the most entertaining COVID-19 test result video submissions from its actresses.
